Claiming your starter Artist or Venue Profile.
We’ve pre-populated 120+
NW Arkansas Artist Profiles, and the Venues where they play.
Yours may be ready to claim.
Artist and Venue Instructions & Tips
Make sure that you have data service or WiFi.
If you claimed an Artist Profile and it’s not yours, change the listing status from “Listed – Public” to “Unclaimed” to release it.

Make sure you have cell or WiFi data service.
- Go to your Profile (select your Artist or Venue Profile in the slider menu, then select Profile on the bottom bar menu)
- Scroll down to the [ADD UPCOMING EVENTS] button.
- Go to your Profile (select your Artist Profile or Venue Profile in the slider menu, then select Profile on the bottom bar menu)
- Scroll down to the event under Upcoming Events.
- Touch within the red box around the event date & time.
- Go to your Profile (select your Artist or Venue Profile in the slider menu, then select Profile on the bottom bar menu)
- Scroll down to the event under Upcoming Events.
- Touch within the red box around the event date & time.
- Select the Weekly radio button.
- Enter the final date of the event and save.
- Follow the edit an event instructions.
- Select FREE and change to TICKETS.
- Paste the tickets link in the URL field next to TICKETS.
- Follow the editing events steps.
- Select the Private Events checkbox.
- Go to your Artist Profile (select the Profile button on the bottom bar).
- Scroll down to a blank video placeholder tile, and select it.
- Paste the YouTube Share URL.
- Select the Original checkbox, if applicable.
- Select the Community Radio checkbox, if the sound quality is good.
- New Video: While adding a new YouTube video url, select the Community Radio checkbox, or
- Existing Video: Select the video thumbnail in your artist profile, select the Community Radio checkbox.
